Here at Evergreen we want everyone to have a place to belong, and we believe that life change happens best in small group communities. The deepest, most satisfying relationships in our lives develop as we explore our faith together, serve together, and walk alongside each other. We have a variety of groups during the week, and some meet here on Wednesday nights. Some groups will run for as short as six weeks.

Small Group Tips
Decide in advance to make your small group a priority in your schedule and in your life.
Think of them and respond to them as you would with close family or best friends.
If you have young children, plan on choosing a group that offers childcare or have dependable childcare set up in advance for small group nights.
If there is a certain outreach area that is a passion of yours, you may want to consider joining or creating a small group that is assigned to serve in that area (perhaps you love performance art, or crafting, or outdoor activities).

Communication Team
Are you artistically inclined? Are you looking for a way to use your talent to serve the Lord? The EverGreen Communication team is a great way to get involved while doing something you love. We are looking for Writers, Graphic Designers, Photographers, Videographers and others. As a member of the Communication Team you will have an opportunity to volunteer on an as-needed basis. There is no weekly commitment.
Kids Ministry
Do you love serving kids? There are lots of ways for you to serve in the kid’s ministry and varying levels of commitment. The reward of seeing our kids grow and make a commitment to Christ is priceless. Background checks are required of all kids ministry volunteers.
Facilities
There are many ways to help our Facilities Team keep our building well-kept and welcoming. Our cleaning needs include general housekeeping, cleaning and stocking our kitchen and cafe areas, and occasional special projects such as carpet cleaning and window washing. Our maintenance needs include electrical and plumbing upkeep and building and painting projects, and we could always use help setting up for special events.
Hospitality
Looking for a way to get started at serving at EverGreen? We can always use more volunteers on the Hospitality Team. If you’d like to open doors, shake hands, and or say hello as you give people their coffee, join our Hospitality Team.
