Authenticity

We believe passionate followers of Jesus exhibit authenticity. We desire for all people to live in authentic relationships with other people. We believe that following Jesus becomes much more powerful when there are people surrounding you who deeply know, love, and care for you. We believe in Evergreen’s calling to connect people to each other in many different ways.

Recovery

We believe that passionate followers of Jesus are committed to recovery. We believe in the 12-Step Program’s ability to help people deal with addiction. But we desire deeply for every single person to acknowledge and seek healing from the addictions that continue to wound them. (Learn More Here)

Text

We believe passionate followers of Jesus study the text. We believe that engaging, thoughtful, relevant teachings on Sunday mornings can lead to a deeper exploration of the text in the daily lives of people in our community.

Service

We believe passionate followers of Jesus serve. We believe that our community should show a commitment to the things happening in their communities and neighborhoods. We believe that service is not simply the act of serving, but having eyes to see where pain is, and how we can meet needs to heal pain as Jesus so often did in the gospels.
