5th-6th Grade students meet on Wednesday nights during the school year. Most nights include high activity games, media, skits, or art projects. We dig into the text through the retelling of stories, exploring characters, and looking at what they tell us about who God is. Students share their insights with others and in their small groups. Students also learn to pray for one another, in prayer stations, and through a drawing/doodling experience called “Praying in Color”. Throughout the year students participate in experiences that allow them to serve others in the community and world. Activities such as Fall Camp, special nights with their small group, and large group games help build relationships among the students and their leaders. These relationships give them support, love and encouragement to be passionate followers of Jesus. There is a place here for you.
