W.A.Y. | 2nd Grade – 5th Grade
W.A.Y. for 2nd through 5th graders meets on Wednesday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 during the school year. At W.A.Y. the students learn to worship God through various methods. The Bible stories are often taught through readings, dramas, and role plays. Crazy, active, competitive, and non-competitive games help in understanding the Bible story. At the elementary school age, belonging to a group is important, and the kids meet together weekly with their small group to learn that God wants them to grow, learn and follow Him. They spend time in Bible memorization and prayer for one another and others. Each year we provide experiences that allow them to serve others in their community and world. Several times a year W.A.Y. kids go off site with their small group to build relationships with each other and their leader — relationships that give them support, love, and encouragement to be passionate followers of Jesus.

Wonder Years | 4yrs. – 1st Grade
Wonder Years meets during the sermon portion of EverGreen’s morning worship services. There, children 4 years through first grade are taught that the Bible is God’s book. It tells them about God, His promises, and how we should love Him and others. They worship God through singing with motions and dance. Small group time is a place where leaders help them to understand and experience God’s love through activities, text memorization, and prayer time.

Little Lambs | 2yrs. – 3yrs.
Little Lambs is provided during all Sunday morning worship services for children ages 2 through 3. These children have their own special room where they hear and learn simple Bible stories during the morning worship services. They sing songs about God because music and motions help them remember what they have learned. They also learn about the world God placed them in through play time, crafts, and activities.

Nursery
Nursery at EverGreen is a place where our children, birth to 24 months, feel safe and secure. Infants and toddlers are learning machines, growing by leaps and bounds, and in Nursery, we give them ways to experience the world around them through toys to touch and explore. Volunteers affirm our children with joy, interaction, and comfort.
